Every reservation will be charged a $50 fully-refundable cleaning deposit at the time of booking. The cleaning deposit will be fully-refunded if the reservation is cancelled or when the tenant leaves the room in the condition it was found, per the checklist below:
All garbage bagged and placed in receptacles either inside or outside the apartment.
All dishes washed and placed in the drying rack.
No stains on flooring, counters, furniture or bedding.
Online reservations will be paid in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel for any reason, you are entitled to a 100% refund if you give us more than 7-days’ notice as this will give us time to re-book the room.
Cancellations under 7 days but before 3-days of your booking will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 3-days but before 24-hours will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations less than 24-hours, no-shows, or early departures will receive no refund.
Property Damage Policy
The property (inclusive of building exterior, doors, walls, floors, ceilings, counters, appliances, furniture, and bedding) must be left in the condition it was found. If tenant causes damage to any property, they will be financially responsible for repairs.
